i need smpt account with user name/password,how can l get it?

I've searched the forum forum for a step by step description on how to setup freepops to work with Juno webmail and can't find it. Is there such a thing including the smtp? Thanks. I've already tried the instructions in the manual on freepops.org and still can't get freepops to work with Juno webmail and Mozilla Thunderbird.

Hi Russells,
Thank you for all the work you do with FreePOPs. I know you are working on an update to Yahoo.lua. Could you please test it with my user name and password? I'm using the classic version and can only attempt to download 1 to 4 emails before it errors out. Because it does error out the emails never get downloaded. Please let me know how I should get my user name and password to you.

When I tried to send messages through Yahoo account the error message appeared as below:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Yahoo', Server: 'smtp.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Another error message when I tried to send messages through Hotmail account:
The host 'smtp.hotmail.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'smtp.hotmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Please advise.

today,I get my emails on hotmail,but I find the mail's status have been changed,
how can I get my mails from hotmail by freepops and keep the orign mails' status
